Some common Questions that you may have...

Where are you located?
We are located at 14240 Bellaire Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77083. The entrance to parking is off of Howell-Sugarland (North of Bellaire). Our church sits on about 9 acres of land on the northwest corner of Bellaire and Howell-Sugarland.

Is your building handicap accessible?
Yes. There are two parking spaces for you to choose. If you find a vehicle you believe not handicap, please let our staff know so that we can make sure these remain available for you or other attenders in the future.

What are your service times?

• Sunday school for all ages begins at 9:15am every sunday morning (unless noted on the calendar).
  
• Sunday morning worship service (Big Church) starts soon after sunday school classes end at 10:30am.
  
• Wednesday evening church begins at 7:00pm and is a common meeting time for most of our Life Groups as some families have children meeting at the church.

What are "Life Groups"?
Our Life Groups are considered small groups. We like to call them "Life Groups" because each group is geared toward a different walk of life. You can get a full list of Life Groups available near you by visiting our Ministries page.

What is worship like?
We are a casual church with a contemporary feel to the worship services on Sunday mornings. Contemporary Christian worship music is the norm.  If you like the songs played on your local contemporary christian radio station chances are you may hear your favorite songs Sunday morning. Traditional hymns are generally not used, however, our worship team is continually bringing the classic hymns up to today's music style.  We love when the young and the old worship together.

What if I have an infant or young child?
During Sunday school and main worship services, we provide our families with a nursery for children from birth to 2 years of age. A full time nursery worker and one of our volunteers will be there to care for your child while you come and worship sunday morning. We also hope to offer this ministry in the future to our families during other gathering times at our church.

Am I expected to give (tithe)?
You, as our guest, are never expected to give. We believe that only members and regular attenders should give according to the "Tithe" as defined in scripture. If you are visiting from another church, please continue to give to your home church.

Other than main church services, when can I come and visit?
You may visit us anytime we have a staff member available at the church. You can call/email any of our staff to schedule a time to meet with our Sr. Pastor, Steve Coutouzis. Perhaps another great time to come and visit us is when we have special events taking place on/off campus. We invite you to any of our upcoming events found on our church calendar.

"As a member of a large church, I had no intention of attending a small church. My two boys asked to visit The Crossing (formerly "Alief Church of the Nazarene"). God has been faithful. He has seen me through many of what life would call "hardships", but I call them faith builders. Even with the loss of my mother and dealing with cancer, God has always been there. My husband and I have been attending this church now for ten years. This church means alot to our family. They are a caring body of believers who are there to pray and support one another.
